SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping is calculated not only by weight but by location.
Depending on your post code or if the of weight of your parcel is over the standard Aus post limits, we will contact you regarding additional shipping and will email invoice as needed.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms & conditions at checkout. 

Bulky Items (eg 7.5 foot Christmas trees) will have a freight courier fee. We will contact you with the freight quote.


PLEASE NOTE - Due to the high volume of orders, please allow approx 14 business days for your order to be dispatched. Then allow for shipping. We ship with Australia Post.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local Pickup is available within the Illawarra region. We will send pickup notification when your items are ready for collection!


Local Pickup Orders MUST be picked up within 2 business days or your order will be refunded in full.

 

PLEASE NOTE - If your parcel is returned to us due to changed address, if we were not informed of this changed address before sending we will require an additional shipping fee to re send out your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Yes! We do ship internationally! US, NZ, UK, Canada, Europe, Scotland, Finland, France, Italy… can purchase through our website. If you live outside these countries, please email hello@thechristmasmarket.com.au so we can provide postage quote. Postage freight depends on weight of parcel and final cost will be communicated prior to dispatch.

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, please be sure to choose carefully. 
If your item is deemed faulty by a manufacturer fault (not due to breakage in transit) , please contact us immediately and send us photos, and once assessed we will happily exchange your item or allow a store credit if returned within 7 business days. 

Unfortunately we don’t allow exchanges or returns for PRE ORDER items, so Please read our size guide and choose carefully. 

IMPORTANT - Please Note: once your parcel leaves my hands, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Unfortunately I can’t control how Australia post “handles” your parcels, however I can control how well it is packaged for it to arrive safely.  If in any case an item is broken in transit, please lodge a claim with Australia Post directly for compensation.
